Returns Policy

Beauty and Cosmetic products CANNOT BE RETURNED once purchased.
We will only accept returns for products purchased from Pastel.co.ke if the product has a manufacturing defect. In this case, a replacement will be delivered free of cost at the earliest or alternatively a full refund including the delivery cost will be offered.
It is the responsibility of the customer upon receiving the delivery to confirm the product ordered is correct and in good condition.
Refunds may take up to 48 hours and will be done via the mode of payment used to make the purchase.
